As a lifestyle model it’s my job to look my best and radiate a healthy, happy glow. I don’t always get the job - I didn’t in the case of this audition! - but I’m still winning when it comes to nailing a vibrant, radiant glow. 🤩

Everyone always wants the magical elixir for a youthful look, but in my experience, it comes down to seven steps - most of which you can't buy, you have to do - to get lasting inner and outer radiance.
Here are my Seven Steps that make me radiate ✨ at 53:
👉 SUN - attune your body to the sun and fire up your circadian rhythms. I get out first thing every morning and soak up low angle sunlight to boost serotonin production.
👉 SLEEP - radiance comes from healthy sleep. Limit alcohol, big meals at night and screen time to maximize sleep quality and make this a cornerstone of your beauty regimen!
👉 STRENGTH - to glow from within you need consistent exercise that increases circulation, rids your body of stale cells and toxins and builds lean body mass.
👉 SKINCARE - skip the toxins and switch to non-toxic skin care and cosmetics! You weren’t designed to ingest plastic, cancer causing chemicals and ingredients that mess with your hormones!
👉 SHIVERS - The quote “aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort” really gets to me. We weren’t designed to live in 72 degree homes year round and take only hot showers! Condition your body into resiliency by exposing yourself to short periods of cold - the benefits are 🤯. Is it hard? Yes. Can you do hard things? You tell me...
👉 SUSTENANCE - eat real foods. Full stop, period. Veggies, meat, eggs, fish, nothing with a label. I talk about this so much with my kids; if things have a long shelf life they tend to shorten yours.
👉 STILLNESS - lean into your intuition, connect with a higher power, limit negative thoughts and fill your cup with gratitude by quieting your mind and being in the moment ✨
