Hi, I'm Juliana. I'm 55, and I'm all about Aging Well Naturally.

Storytime: About 7 years ago, at age 48, I was bloated, gaining weight, irritable, and diagnosed with early onset arthritis. I wasn't sleeping, I ached everywhere, I was viciously perimenopausal and certainly wasn't feeling positive or happy about my future or future birthdays. 

Today, at 55, I'm a model and content creator with a captivated audience of hundreds of thousands of women across the world. I talk a lot about the power of transforming yourself in midlife — because I did it — with the right mindset, nutrition, & exercise regimen.  I made a lot of mistakes (but learned a lot!), and was able to repair, restore and reposition myself to thrive in midlife and beyond. And today, that's what I focus on, in my content & courses: how to help YOU age well naturally and do so radiantly.
