🌿 Stronger. Healthier. More Radiant. Your Monthly Glow Starts Here

I’m so glad you’re here! This is the very first issue of my upcoming monthly newsletter, and I want to take a moment to tell you what you can expect.

If you follow me on Instagram or TikTok, you already know I’m passionate about sharing practical, evidence-based tips for aging well naturally. But social media moves fast, and I often find myself wishing I had more space & time to go deeper — to really share the why behind my routines & strategies, and the research that inspires me. That’s exactly what this newsletter will be.

 

Starting in early September, I’ll be sending you a monthly note filled with:

✨ Nutrition strategies — how I fuel my body for energy, hormone health, and glowing skin (yes, including my favorite high-protein meals, daily supplements and beauty superfoods).
✨ Fitness that works after 45 — from weightlifting to mobility, flexibility, and balance. These aren’t just workouts, they’re tools for longevity, bone health, and a leaner, stronger physique - not to mention, better collagen production for your face!
✨ Sleep + recovery tips — the real secret weapon for collagen repair, brain health, and mood stability. Sleep is so challenging for so many of us during the menopause transition!  I'll share what I'm doing to optimize sleep, and clue you in on my strategies for getting back to sleep at 3am so you wake up rested, refreshed and ready for the day. 
✨ Clean beauty + facial exercise — This will be allll my tried & true favorite as well as new clean beauty product discoveries I personally use & love, and facial exercise techniques that keep my skin firm and radiant without harsh treatments.
✨ Extras you won’t see on my blog or social media — like my (ridiculously healthy) go-to recipes that even my picky eaters love, personal health experiments, and behind-the-scenes insights into how I structure my own routine to thrive in midlife.

 

For now, we’re starting humbly: one newsletter per month. As this community grows and gains momentum, we may move to more frequent issues — maybe twice a month or even once a week. You’ll always have the option to choose the frequency that feels right for you, and of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Of course, I know inboxes can get crowded. If at any time you feel this isn’t the right fit, you can unsubscribe with one click. But I hope you’ll stick around and be part of this growing community of women who are redefining what it means to age powerfully and naturally.
